BIDDLES' ASSETS ACQUIRED BY MPG BOOKS LTD

The assets of Biddles Ltd have today been acquired by the newly
incorporated Company MPG Biddles Ltd, thereby creating the
largest independent book manufacturer in the UK.

Both companies share a clear market identity and excellent brand reputation:
Biddles' extensive range of digital printing capabilities complements
MPG Books' current business and fulfils its desire to extend digital printing
in support of customer demand and the completion of its lifecycle strategy.

MPG Books Group Managing Director, Tony Chard, comments:
